These Terms govern your use of the Systemize Your website. You may use the site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading or harmful content, introduce malicious code, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Sign-up requests
Submitting a website sign-up request is an expression of interest only. It does not create a customer account, grant access to software, form a subscription agreement, or activate billing. Availability, eligibility, product access, and any future agreement remain subject to separate review and documentation.
Intellectual property
The Systemize Your name, logos, website design, text, product materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Systemize Your or its owners and licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or use them for commercial purposes.
Future accounts and authorized access
If software accounts become available under a separate agreement, customers will be responsible for keeping credentials secure, limiting access to authorized users, and ensuring account use complies with the applicable agreement. These website terms do not establish current software access rights or account obligations.
Website availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure website operation. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change before a separate commercial agreement is offered or accepted.
