This Privacy Policy describes how Systemize Your, LLC (formation pending) ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website and its sign-up request form. This policy does not describe a currently available customer software account, checkout, or subscription service.

When you submit a sign-up request, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, company name, email address, selected product interest, and any optional phone number or message. We may also receive technical information ordinarily provided by your browser or hosting provider, such as IP address, device or browser details, and submission timing, to operate, secure, and investigate abuse of the form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to sign-up inquiries, communicate by email about the requested product, follow up with prospective customers, and manage prospective or customer relationships. We may also use it for recordkeeping, service planning, security, and to meet legal obligations. A sign-up request does not create an account, activate a subscription, or process payment.
Service providers
This website uses Netlify Forms to receive and manage website form submissions. The site also loads typography from Google Fonts. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We do not identify analytics, advertising, payment, or customer-account services as active on this website.

The site code does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Essential technical cookies or comparable technologies may be used by hosting or service providers to deliver, secure, or maintain their services.
